HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TICKET?

We use a secure card processing system to process all our payments. Your details are secure and we are fully complaint with all regulations.

WHAT IF THE EVENT IN CANCELLED?

If for any reason the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund into your bank within 7 working days.

 

 

WHAT IF THE EVENT IS POSTPONED?

If the event is postponed, you will be given the option of rolling over your ticket to the next date or the option of a full refund.

 

 

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN'T GO?

No refunds are given for ticket of purchase. Once the transaction is completed the ticket is yours. If for some reason you cannot go then you can sell your ticket. If you do decide to sell your ticket then a name change will be required.

 

 

CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET?

If you choose to sell your ticket, the name of the new attendee will need to be given to us. You can do this quickly and easily by emailing us on contact@bouncetickets.co.uk

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?

Tickets are sent to the email address you provide as point of purchase. This will include a unique QR code that will be scanned at the venue. We also have an app which you can download to show the ticket on your phone.
